IMPORTANT - Graduation Details:
-PERMISSION FORMS must be completed and turned into Bridget in the main office, or emailed to MVHS2019Grads@yahoo.com. CWI teachers, Bridget, and Mr. VanDatta will have the list for you to check to see if you are attending and if you have turned in your permission form. Please check immediately!
-FRESH HAWAIIAN LEI’S All graduates may purchase a lei, even if not attending the All Night Grad Party. Leis are available for purchase under the 'BUY ONLINE' tab. Graduates that pre-ordered flower leis can pick those up at Mtn. View High School the day of graduation inside the Commons. Time TBD.
-ADDITIONAL GRAD TICKETS can be posted 'in search of' or... if you'll have extra, on our Facebook site MVHS2019Grads or you can check w/ Bridget in the Main Office.
-ALL NIGHT PARTY (June 7th, directly after ceremony) transportation is BY BUS ONLY!
Check in at the buses directly after the ceremony is over, to go straight to the All Night Drug & Alcohol Free Partaaaaay!!
5:30pm BAG N' TAG Career Center
Backpacks will be ‘tagged’ & checked prior to boarding the bus & maintained in a secured storage.
You will have access to these bags once we arrive at the Venue.
Restrooms will have necessary supplies.
Any required medications need to be in a container clearly marked with your name, medication dosage information & be checked in. They will be on-site & fully accessible by the student at any time during the event. Student need only to contact a parent volunteer.
Cell phones will NOT be the responsibility of the venue or parent volunteers for any loss or damage, or storing.
Upon arrival at the venue, each student will be issued a lanyard. This will include the agenda and raffle tickets for prize drawings!!
6:00am Party Ends
We will board the busses and head back to Mtn. View. If you are being picked up at the school, I would arrange for your ride to show up at about 7:30am
Students are welcome to park their cars at Mtn. View at their own risk. There will be security patrolling the lot that night, however, they are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles or contents left in cars. Please park your vehicle in the student lot so we keep all vehicles in a central location for security.
Special Needs Students are warmly welcome to attend the party with a chaperone (if needed), chaperones can follow the buses to the venue and students may leave early (if needed) once they've checked out with Charnell Reinosa 971-263-1593
WHAT TO WEAR: COMFORTABLE, WARM, LAYERED clothes, shoes and JACKET! You can check in a coat or blanket (to have at the venue) prior to graduation so you don't have to have it when you cross the stage, and then get it once you get to the venue. All clothes & jackets will be inspected for drugs & alcohol.
Please do not arrive late. If you miss the bus, there is no other form of transportation to the party!
